Program Manager - SAP S4 HANA IS-U

Monroe, CT; Option for remote work but must attend onsite meetings as needed (4-12 times for the year)Duration:

Our client is seeking an experienced SAP S4 HANA IS-U Program Manager who will provide overall program leadership across multiple simultaneous SAP Utilities workstreams.
The role includes planning the scope, schedule, budget, risks, issues, deliverables, communication with internal and external stakeholders, and liaison with System Integration partner, including RFI/RFP prerequisite projects, BOM, select solution approach, rise vs.
non-rise, hyperscale's, licensing negotiations, etc.
Skills and
Experience:
(Must be clearly listed under project details) o Demonstrated Program ownership of multiple parallel/simultaneous projects o Prior utilities SAP ECC/ISU experience and the underlying work processes, i.
e.
, contact center, field services mobile, work orders/notifications, etc.
o Skillful in S4 phase 0 (as-is assessment) activities - readiness check, custom code analysis, CVI BP elements o Experience in evaluating alt S4 tech approaches (to-be) - RISE, non-RiSE, on-premise, hosting-hyperscaler's alt (SAP, Azure, AWC), BW migration/re-platforming, and the BOM/SAP licensing implications o Demonstrated leadership (not just participation) in the development of S4 RFP's that outline the future-state (to-be) desired architecture, conversion approach, etc.
o Work experience on both sides of S4 engagements, as Systems Integrator and Customer/Stakeholder o Career progression from SAP developer, SAP system architect, to Program Manager o Experience leading multiple (3-4 minimum) S4 brownfield (non greenfield) conversions.
