Church Hill Classics is looking for a full-time, on-site creative Production Artist to join our team.

A DAY IN THE LIFE AS A PRODUCTION ATRISTOur Production Artist will work in a fast-paced environment to assist in the development and design of a wide variety of assets across digital, traditional print and offline media.
This includes using existing brand standards or templates to develop production & creative assets, including comps, logos, layouts, and print ready art across a wide range of equipment.
This role will be responsible for executing projects & day to day tasks with a consistent high level of detail within a production paced environment.
A sense of urgency is paramount.
You will also be trained on necessary production equipment so you can be the best effective partner to our production teams and engage in projects that require output testing.
DESIGN SKILLS You will be expected to employ the following skills:
Basic design principles, color theory, follow production specs, typography, printing techniques, digital design, photo retouching and have a commanding knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite software to include the use of actions and automated scripts.
SOFT SKILLSStrong communication skills, creativity, time management skills, ability to collaborate, professional flexibility, passion, and enthusiasm to excel and a desire to learn.
The Ability to multitask, display attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy, with an evolving understanding of the latest trends in the use of digital tools, open-mindedness, and a willingness to accept constructive feedback and make changes to designs.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Collaborates with 3rd Party Vendors and/or other project participants.
Collaborates with Sales Teams to execute projects.
Maintains company and partner brand standards; produces sample layouts for internal team review and approval.
Prepares print orders.
Create production artwork for the 3DUV printers, laser engravers & embossing.
Set-up, size, retouch, and print all printing needed for production.
Completes art requests & jobs on a timely basis.
Effectively utilize internal workflow/accountability tools.
Maintain discipline in applying naming conventions and file structure.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Performs other related duties to benefit the mission of the organization.
REQUIRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE Bachelor's degree preferred, major in Art, Graphic Design, or related disciplines.
At least two years of work-related experience is highly preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite.
Experience working in a production environment is preferred.
Experience working in project management platforms such as Basecamp, Monday.
com or Trello preferred.
